So I tried to sign up for the $2 trial but I got charged for the 30 day membership.....but to make things worse, you guys are using an email address I dont use anymore.

I need to make sure that my account is only charged the $2 and that my account is NOT SET up for reccuring payment. PLEASE help me here - I cant get in contact with anyone directly
I have tried to stop the reccuring through your qebsite but it says my account does not exist.....this is the worst nightmate that I can think of right now

I have actually replied to you via mail, that might be more comfortable platform to discuss this issue than a public forum.
