Could we have an option to edit our mail address and password in the account center on our own? Its really annoying to contact the support for mail address and password change.

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
