Inability to download scene/cancel recurring membership

I've tried 3 times through the Support link to advise that purchased Bang Bros scene of 6/4 with Joslyn James will not download, goes straight to playback every time, first 2 times received notice back that message had been received, the last didn't even get that, and no replies to any of them. I requested that the tickets either be refunded or the problem be rectified. I don't care at this point what you do about the scene being defective for download, please just be sure to cancel my recurring membership, I've already cancelled my saved card but need to be sure that you don't try to re-use the card number that you still would have record of to pay for more tickets that would happen on 6/24. Please have the courtesy to respond to this message. Thank you.

Hello,

I have personally replied to all of your emails. Please check your spam folder.

To download the video, once you click on download, it will start playing in a different media player.
You can either locate three dots in the corner of the player and click on "download" or rightclick the video and select "Save video as..." to download it.

Recurring has been cancelled.
