I have been trying to get help for three weeks already and no answer, no replies .

Why treat loyal costumers like that?

At least say that you are working on a solution.

I want those trans / gay videos you added to subscriptions removed from my library.

I want to support , but not with those videos there. It's a very simple fix. What's the hold up?

I reckon theres been a recent error of judgement made here in planning the website, & loyal customers need voice their concerns. If we can't distinguish, for example, between free scenes we've downloaded & free scenes available for download, thats a big problem for me anyway in trying to compile Sineplex / St Petersburg collection.

it is, unfortunately, not a very simple fix.

The filters work globally, but not for purchased scenes, which "free" scenes kinda are.

I hear your concerns, I will talk to the devs.

Thank you for at least answering. At least we are getting somewhere now.

I already have like 18 scenes on my cart since I unsubscribed because I didn't know what was happening.

I'm waiting eagerly for a solution because there are many scenes I still want.

Tell the devs to earn their money. I reload $175 all the time, and costumers like us are the ones why they get paid.

I love supporting because the content is good, but I haven't been able because I don't know what's the future with this situation.

I'm going to keep checking to see if this gets fixed because I want to come back to normality with supporting the site.

A solution has already been planned a week or 2 ago. The devs will get to it.

I hope it is a good solution. It should be easy to just remove them for people that don't want them.

If they remain there, even if they get separated the problem is still the same and costumers will still be affected.
