Password reset not working
Posted: Thu Apr 15, 2021 7:01 amHi! I've tried resetting my password multiple times but I haven't received any email regarding a new password. I've also filled in the support form but haven't gotten a response from there either. This has already wasted a full day of paid membership so hopefully the issue can be resolved asap. I was also wondering if my username could be changed to Matsumoto. Thanks in advance.
