Issues accessing subscription site via wifi

Joined yesterday, everything great. Came to log on tonight and kept getting the ‘page not found’ error message - this was via my home WiFi. However, turned WiFi off and managed to access the site via my mobile phone provider using mobile data. Anyone able to assist as I can’t afford to view the videos using my phone data?
