Need password reset on main account.

I've had to register with this email in order to ask for a password reset for my main account, I've been waiting 5 days for a reply from support. I'll give my main email via email when contacted.

does your email ends with hotmail or outlook?

I have the same situation and had to create a new account. I've tried to reset my password in my main account several times, and I'm just not receiving any emails.
I have also been waiting for a reply from support since Monday.
My main account's email ends with hotmail.

Hotmail is having problems right now.
We are working on fixing it. Once we do, you will be able to reset your password.
