missing credits

i recently had over 20credits left after a monthly top up, yet i am know showing as exactly zero credits available, on checking my library there have been no new purchases

can this please be looked into

Hi, it was a system error.

Your payment actually did not go through and once this got recognized, the tickets were taken back again.

I just became member today for trial.
Seems like, I accidentally purchased 2 of the videos twice... Can you please cancel 48 min length ones and return the credit back to my account please thank you.

You have purchased a wet version.

You get both wet and dry(for free) when purchasing the pissing content.

I have a 90 day sub, I am to receive credits each month. my first month has passed and no credits added to my account. How do I receive my months credits ?
are credits TKT ?

Yes, those are tickets.

You received them few hours after your message so I hope everything is correct.

Sorry I;m still pretty new on this site. I was supposed to receive credits for the month on the 14th of this month I though, then I thought the membership was to expire because I cancelled it so I could use a different payment method for the future. Seems the membership is showing for another month, and I don't think I received any credit either. One more question, is there any way I can like "audit" my previous credit history? So I can see when I got the credits and how they were spent and whatnot?

Your last batch of tickets is about to arrive tonight.

Your recurring is cancelled, the membership is still active for another 30 days.

You can audit it by looking at what you have purchased.

The credit card info can be checked at gtfcharge.com

I purchased a 3 month membership and cancelled last week. I hadnt used many tickets so i had 144tk before i cancelled, but after i cancelled last week, now i have 114, like i had a whole month of tickets taken away. Can you please check, thanks!

There were purchases of scenes back in December 2020.
The most recent, for 7TKTs has been done on 20th of March 2021.

The ticket count is correct.

Ok you're right, but NOW, after purchasing 3 of Anastasia Mistresses videos last week, and changing my password i only have 0.6 tickets......someone clearly hacked me! Looking at my history it's filled with a bunch of videos i've never seen before much less purchased. Is there 2 factor authentication or something I can add to my account? I have a really big wishlist i dont want to lose because of weak security.

Going to be screwed if this forum logs me out as then i'll be completely locked out. Please help!

Best solution is to use either incognito mode or a different browser as cookies might make some problems when trying to reset.
You should receive the mail to your mailbox (please check your spam folders)

You should be receiving tickets every month, and that is what has happened.
You have made the purchase on the 4th of the month so you will receive the tickets on the 4th of the month. Or better yet, after 30 days.

I'm having the same issue - I should have 200+ tkts, but only had 127 when I sent in a message via the support system 10 days ago, I now only have 107 tkts and I've not purchased any scenes in between time.

It looks like a total of about 73 scenes have been purchased but not by me - the scenes I've not purchased are everything in my library from RS185 through to laced and loaded 535

And then from VK023 through to NRX106

What's happening here? Admin, how do I get this investigated?

The support desk hasn't responded to my original message and I can't see how to change my password?

Then after 10 days you have sent your reply and here we are.

Please check your mailbox, I have sent you a way to reset your password and additional info.
