hacked really really bad TOTAL disaster

Great site, but last couple of months I've been hacked 7 or 8 times, all my TKT sent and multiple unauthorised card payments.

Support has resolved the issues every time so good on them, but there are serious issues here.

Because the card payments were made AFTER I deleted my card from the GFTCharge system. By logging into the PB account its possible to make purchases on my DELETED card. How do I know? Because I cancelled the card at the bank, and today I recevied two emails asking if I want to complete a purchase of 50tkt which obviously didn't go through. This means that my card is held on the system whether I delete it or not doesn't matter, I have no protection.

But its worse even than this. I reset my password using the 'unblock your account' email - and WITHIN THE HOUR the hacker tried to purchase 50tkt. Instant access to my password.

This means that no matter what I do, my password is hacked immediately. There are therefore at least two people using my account, and there is nothing I can do about it, I cannot purchase anything at all because the hacker will use all my tkt or use my card to get them.

Usually in order to make card payments there is a secure page which asks to send a code to my mobile phone to put in to confirm who is making the payment, this is completely bypassed for some reason, I do not know why, but its possible even to make single click payments. This is completely unacceptable.

Great site, have really enjoyed it but this is a total disaster.
