Cancel reoccurring subscription

I sent message about cancelling my reoccurring subscription to support a few day ago and have got no response. The self cancel option seems to lead me in a circle and doesn't actually allow me to cancel my subscription. What's the best method to cancel my subscription so that my card is not billed again in the future?
