Tech Issues = Why I Stop Supporting LP

Several weeks ago, I got shut out of LP & PB when I tried to login.

Instead of PB or the Forums, I reached a page requiring me to authenticate my account. It gave me the option to have an authentication code sent to my device via SMS. The code came and I typed it into the website response box but it was rejected. So I tried resending the code. Nothing happened. No code received. I tried again. Nothing. It said to wait 24 hours for the code to be received. So I gave up and waited. 24 hours later, no code. I tried again. No code.

Anyway, I found a way to send a tech support ticket to your ZenDesk. Again, Nothing happened. Finally got a reply, which was useless in terms of solving my issue. I let several days go by. Tried to login again. No can do. Sent another Tech support ticket. Finally got a meaningful reply to that one, a handful of days later.

I was able to login to both PB & the Forums. So I drained my ticket store to ZERO & posted a couple forum comments.

Anyway, at this point I have zero tolerance for customer service failures or tech failures. Mistakes can happen, sure, but if there is no urgent effort to take care of a paying customer on your end, I never give that business a second chance.

The authentication b.s. happens because I clear my browser cookies & databases after every logout, and I use a different VPN -- from Australia to Alaska and everywhere in between -- every time I log into my account.

Since these minimal privacy measures on my part appear to be a wall too high for your IT people to scale, I don't have any reason to believe another b.s. lockout won't happen to me again.

All of which gives me good reason not to invest any more $$$ toward tickets or purchases. Not until you people iron out your tech shortcomings and prove it won't happen again.
