As subject line. I read the agreement, I answer the questionnaire, the results are checked, and then I am sent to a page I'm denied access to, with only the generic splash page.

Page error message is as follows:

Access to [REDACTED].com was denied

You don't have authorization to view this page.


HTTP ERROR 403

Please advise. I've already burned tkts on Castings videos, which I would not have done if I knew I wouldn't be able to access them.

To any support people, I have purchased two other casting videos and been able to access and download them without issue.

However, the Anetta Keys video is not accessible for viewing or download at either size setting. Please help?

Got the message. Thanks for the assist. Glad to know it's not just me and that hopefully a fix will be on the way. It may not be said enough, but serious props to you guys handling support. You've been very responsive and professional in all the interactions I've seen.
