Since I went down with free tickets below 1 tkt to maybe 0,8tkt a few days ago, new free tickets are not shown anymore. I should have around 3 to 5 free tkts by now.
Whats happening?

when trying to buy some free ticket scenes i saw that for some time now my daily free tickets did not get added to my account.

In 3 Months I've had no free ticket increase. I've reloaded tickets many times since, but they remain the same. Please fix!

You have purchased membership at the time when free tkt were not handed out anymore.

If you want, we can switch you to the free tkt model, you would be getting less premium tickets with your membership then.

Your saying that free tickets are no longer provided with monthly reoccurring charges? I'm a bit confused. If they are no longer provided, why are you guys still adding new titles to the free ticket list? Some of those old titles are great and I'd like to collect that backlog. I'd simply like to get what I signed up for, when I signed up it said 39+ premium tickets + free monthly tickets. Please help.

New members do not get free tkt anymore.

Your account will be receiving them from now on. Otherwise, you can still get those scenes with premium tickets if you would like.

I have not cancelled my membership in the last years and was receiving free tokens till August. Could you please reenable my free tokens?

I've had a long running sub w/ LP through the years & had window in which my subscription lapsed due to a financial restrictions. Now that I've began my subscription again it's my understanding that we now know longer generate free tickets any longer from what I'm reading in these recent posts. If I choose to go back to the free ticket format how many premium tickets will I be losing each month in comparison? I'm saddened by the loss of these free tickets, especially with the newer scenes going up in cost. If I could keep both I'd prefer to, but that doesn't look like a option. So at the least I'd truly like to know the exact prem ticket cost that would occur if I decide to start gaining free tickets again.

As far as I know if you go back to the free tkt model, you get premium tickets as before.

The avarage premium tkt loss in that case is around 7-8TKTs per month.

Can u switch my account back over to the free ticket model again please. I prefer to take my premium ticket loss to start regaining free tickets. Let me know if there's anything I need to do to assist in switching over. Thank you

It's me on the support board as well, it is just more comfortable via email where I can ask details etc if needed. Do not want to post email addresses and private info on the forums.

I've been a member on and off for a few years. Lately I've mostly just bought ticketsand let the membership subscription lapse. I had hundreds of free tickets but now I have used most of them and would like some more. Is there a way I can subscribe and receive free tickets? Otherwise how do you purchase 'free ticket' movies, they are expensive to buy with cash which is the only alternative offered.
