Bank Declined transaction

Hi, after several years membership and many payments, suddenly my bank declines to your charge to my account. Is there any other way to pay?
Most of the time when I pay with card on internet, I get directed to a page for confirmation with my Bank ID. Maybe that is a way to do it?

We switched to a different payment processor in September and there is one big issue (related to zip codes) that we are working on solving.

It still doesn´t work.. "Declined by bank" is the error message..
Pleas advise what could be the problem.

I would like to know if the info sent to the bank at purchase differs from what they have got in previous transactions? It has worked well for several years and I find it strange that they now suddenly have decided to block your request. In what way is the change in billing processor changing the info sent to the bank?
I also would like to know why you are not using the "Verified by Visa/MasterCard" function?

Hi Jocke, thanks for that you are trying to help us!
Our support manager was asking you to contact your bank and to ask them the exact reason for the decline. Do you have any progress with that?
About "Verified by Visa/MasterCard" (3D secure payment) - it was not enabled for your account because your account is marked as trusted (you are a long time with us and have a good payment history).
I have enabled Secure Payment for your account.
Try to do the payment with this option enabled and notify us please about the results.
If it fails then please, try to contact your bank to get the exact reason for the fail and try to get from the bank the most additional data as possible that will help us to investigate the reason.

I tried again and in spite of verifying with my bank id it was declined.
The bank responded "we cannot approve the site, these are decisions high up and after consideration" (my translation) when I asked them about the decline.
I find this strange. There are to my knowledge no ban on adult sites in Sweden or by banks. I don't know what are causing their concern. That is why I asked if the bank might get a different and suspicious requests after you changed billing processor?
I think we are helping each other. I am addicted to your product and I hope you appreciate my money :-)

I have sent a new message to the bank. I cannot understand why they think they can stop me from sending my own money to whom I want. I understand why they monitor suspicious requests but when it is verified they shouldn't worry. I actually would want them to require the use of verified by visa for all payments.

This will eventually become a big problem if your products can't be sold to any customer with a Swedish bank.. I have never experienced any problems with my bank before when buying stuff from the internet before. Until now.
Following this closely as I as well want to buy your products.

If you have switched to a new payment processor which the Swedish banks are blocking due to "decisions high up" in the bank- Maybe your payment processor needs to get in contact with the banks to get verified/approved instead of asking the customer of the banks to approve banned/shady (according to the bank) payment processors?

We are in contact with the billing system every day but this is not a quick question because questions<->answers between billing systems and banks working slowly

Well, even with the Secure Payment phone code, the transaction was declined :-(

You have purchased reload of tickets. That is not a membership, but simply a reload of tickets.
You do not have any recurring transactions with us at the moment, feel free to purchase the membership and spend these tickets.

You have purchased reload of tickets. That is not a membership, but simply a reload of tickets.
You do not have any recurring transactions with us at the moment, feel free to purchase the membership and spend these tickets.
But the transaction was really called "Membership for 90 days" - maybe there is some discrepancy in the payment menu?

Hi Jocke, communication between biller and bank taking a very long time.
The billing system still trying to figure out the reason but it looks like takes much time (and not a week or two).
I suggest you use the card from a different bank or use some virtual/gift/prepaid cards.

OK - scratch my comment above. It took me 30 minutes on the phone arguing with my bank, but eventually I managed to get it authorised.

My bank didn't even give any justification or details. I have got an account in a different bank and ordered an additional card. However there is no way to know in advance if it will be rejected.
