GIO1456 and GIO1461 Frame Rates Wrong and Jerky

These GG scenes scenes produced by Marco Nero look great in a flashy trailer but having bought the scenes (on my other account which cannot post on the forums) they are VERY jerky.

When I examine the frame rate it appears they have been encoded at 24fps rather than 30fps which may account for it.
Interestingly, GIO1459 appears recorded at the same location and time, is at 30fps and looks better
Could these be re-encoded please? These outdoor scenes are a rarity here but they look SO JERKY, unwatchably so, as they are at present.
