Hello,

1) I’ve been buying a lot of scenes the last few days (with tickets) and I noticed that when I view my account under “Used Space” it says 465GB / 1TB. However, I purchased another 15-20 scenes and this number still says 465GB / 1TB. I’m not crazy good with computers but I believe that 15-20 scenes would be at least enough to increase the 465GB number. I just want to make sure that I actually own these scenes since I don’t see the number increasing anymore.

2) I purchased a good amount of scenes and then found out that a lot of them have Wet versions, which I purchased again. Is there a way to refund all of the non-wet scenes since the Wet scene comes with both wet/non-wet versions? It is a lot so the ticket refund may be large, if it’s possible.

Hello,

I hope your GB problem is solved, it might take some time for the pornbox to sync with the purchases.

When you reach 1TB you will get more space automatically, so no need to worry about full Pornbox.

Please let me know the list of those double purchases I will return the dry version.

Please see the list of duplicate dry scenes below. Please be sure to remove the dry scene and not the wet scene, as nearly all of them share the same tag.
