It happens very often, when I'm downloading purchased scenes, to have the download interrupted after 20%, 30% or something. Sometimes I have to try 2 or 3 times (starting again) to successfully download the scene.
This is very annoying, especially when downloading best quality videos.
Is there any possible reason for this? I'm not experiencing anything similar with any other kind of download, and my connection keeps working perfectly even when I have those interruptions.

Just chipping in to say that you are cetainly not alone in this. I'm currently on my 3rd attempt at downloading SZ2434 in 4K, after the last attempt stalled at 13.9 out of 15.6 GB. Due to the file size and my internet speed that means I've now wasted about 4 hours on two failed attempts, and face another 2 hours 17 minutes for the next go. The frustrating thing is that when this happens, I can never get it to continue from where the interuption occured (there is a 'retry' option, but this almost never works), so you have to go all the way back to the start downloading again.

No idea whether this has anything to do with LegalPorno's side of things though, or just shit occuring at my end, or with my internet provider. But yes - it is very frustrating when it happens.

^As a quick thought to the above though, I wonder if it might be possible for Legal Porno to split those super large 4K files into two pieces when it comes to downloads? Might have more chance of them downloading then without interruption, and less of a waste of time if a download does fail?

...and it's died again. This time I got the closest yet on SZ2434 - 14.5 out 15.6 GB before it bit the dust and I have to start from the beginning again. Here's hoping it's 4th time lucky. So frustrating.

I have tried the scenes and I could download them.

Could you please try from a different browser or use a download manager (those can revive the download, even though it should be able to do itself)

I have a lot download failures. But often with bigger files. I start downloading and then after 40-90% of the download it crashes! Could you please look for a constant download rate with your servers?

It seems that your server could not manage a constant connection

I want to download my owned scenes, I did not borrow them. Please fix that or I have to send you my hard drive so you can put the scenes directly on it

Anyone heard any news about this issue. Really frustrating since I spent a few hours downloading scenes and it seems when I open a file it hasn't actually downloaded all the way.

I can't even watch the streams without interruption since I have limited internet connection Downloading is the only way I can watch videos uninterrupted.

I was going to sign up for another membership but will hold off.

Not sure why they have not addressed such an important issue.

I am also having troubles downloading. Not a specific scene, just in general and mainly 4k downloads.

Sometimes I have to download a 4k scene 2-5 times, otherwise the file is corrupted and won't play past like the 20 min mark or so.
But sometimes a download succeeds the first time.
I don't have any problems with downloading 4k scenes from other websites.

Besides this download problem, it seems there is also a problem with serving static images.
I almost don't see any image on the front page currently. When hovering over a clip the animated preview does show though.
It looks like there is something wrong currently, maybe both problems are related and due to server load?

I have a 200mbit connection, so it cant be my connection. Im connected with cable.

Same, stable 1 gigabit connection here, connected via cable as well.
Only downloads from this website getting corrupted -sometimes-, not always.

Sometimes it crashes while the download and sometimes it downloads 100% but the file is corrupted. I have to check all videos 1by1 after download if it has downloaded correctly

Exactly sounds like the same problem i have and also exactly the same thing I’m doing as a workaround. So tiring.

I have been downloading with firefox all the time. I am trying Brave Browser now (Chromium based, like Chrome). So maybe this browser works better with large downloads. Will report back.
