Account blocked for more than a month, please help me

Because my account was hacked in the past, you blocked my account. In the last mail you told me, that my account should be unblocked now. When i try to log in i am asked to use Google Authentificator App or SMS. I have not registered either option to this site and i dont know why my account is still blocked and why i have no opportunity to log in. Can someone help me please?
