Change Card For Recurring 3-Month Payment

Hi -- I am having a problem accessing the GTFC customer support page so that I can change/enter a NEW CARD for my recurring LP account. When I enter my info as instructed (email address and last 4 digits of old card) I receive a "user not found" message and am unable to proceed. I most assuredly wish to continue with my LP account precisely as I've done for the past 3-4 years ---- and I most assuredly do not wish the terms of my account to be changed due to this glitch.

Please advise and assist me in resolving this problem ASAP.
