So I tried to download the movies that I purchased and it says that its blocked and need to contact customer support. I contact support and the reply I got was "your account will never get unblocked".

Thats it no explanation as to why? I paid for these scenes and still have tickets left. Would I just have to make a new account and lose my tickets?
