Refused free tickets after membership randomly did not renew

My membership randomly did not renew and bc of that I am not receiving free tickets. Once I brought this to supports attention they said "Please purchase a new one, and let me know (via support ticket would be the best) once you do that." I did so thinking my free tickets would be reinstated. I was informed that I would no longer be receiving free tickets. All I wanted was my free tickets back and I feel that this was dishonest and would like to have a refund for my 3 month membership.
