Cannot download content

I got membership but cannot see the whole collection of video regarding pornstars. Ally Breelsen has a lot of scenes, but all I see only few scenes. Also for instance - i cannot download lara onyx content at all. Only i can see is that message: "You have bought all the scenes of this model and can see them in your Library". But i did not download any of her videos. Please help me find out my problem. Thanks.
