Not receiving any support

I've been waiting for a month to receive some sort of support. I've received 2 messages from Kapoun 2 weeks ago that my issue was in queue and would be worked on. I tried to contact them a few more times to get any kind of update but have not gotten a response. Does anybody know of someone I can contact to get support?
