Posted: Wed Jan 23, 2019 5:56 amI did not get my free tickets back. I've been waiting over 2 weeks for an update with the issue after I was told that they were going to work on it. Then after I asked for an update after a few days they did not respond. Probably the worst customer service i've received from any site.
