Free tickets

I accidentally changed from getting free tickets daily to getting more premium tickets. I have tried to get help through support messaging but have not received any response after several days. Is there anything that can be done?

I was having an issue with my card and had to change it to a new one but i've been a member for a year and would like the free tickets and have still received no support for this.
