Hacked account

My account has been hacked, 250 tkt were charged to my card, 100 of those tkt spent already.i am struggling to change my password and username. How do i do this? I have sent multiple tickets with no response. Please add a 007 to the end of my username asap. I am contacting visa and reporting the charges.

We will investigate your account and do the refund if needed.

The transaction was refunded.
Your password has been reset.
You will receive an email with a link to set a new password.
