I have tried several times to pay for a scene but my credit card is declined. I am 100% shure that my card works.
Please fix this.

Btw, i have also contacted the support team via the pop-up window that appears when the creditcard is declined, but i wanted to mak shure that the message comes though, so i post it here as well.

You should have an answer from the support in your mailbox.

the answer from the support told me I should try another card.

I only have one.

I also have the same problem. I tried with 3 different cards ( 2 master cards gold and one visa ) and payment is declined with all of them. I contacted the support which was not of any help judt saying I should try another card.

GFTcharge really sucks. smells like a small company in Czech.
I used to buy membership on brazzers mofos RK by this card.and they all worked.

Yes, i think gtfcharge is the root cause of the problem. I used the same card before without any problems. Why would they use this new system if it doesn`t work.....

Same here... My bank confirmed that my card works but it keeps getting declined from bank?.... Fix it please

1. your bank or rather card issuing company declines the transaction, not LP
2. supposing you have internet billing enabled on your card, sometimes you have to talk to the bank/cc issuer to excplicitly enable tx from Gtfcharge
3. you might have problem if it's a prepaid card tied to an account located in EU

Well, i think the last time i tried my card it didn't try to do the "verify by VISA" and that's what caused my card to get blocked.

After seeing the Xmas 2018 trailer i am tempted to try my card again.

But if i do that i see an automated call from my bank asking me to confirm the last few transactions carried out by card to unblock it. But it has worked for me in the past so i don't know what to make of it.

So frustrating, i have been with my current bank for over 20 years. But my bank is known for being a bit more strict, its not the first time i have had trouble with them regarding online transactions elsewhere.

I asked my bank and they told me they even did not get any payment request so the issue for me is not coming from the bank blocking any transaction.

My Swedish bank warned me at the end of November of "possible fraudulent activities" on my account. I checked my statement and there was absolutely nothing visible to cause concern. As far as porn/adult stuff I am only subscribed to this site and [spam]. My bank then blocked my card and issued a new one and everytime I try to pay with gtfcharge my bank declines it. I've been a loyal customer for over 6 years. What gives?

I have a same problem, my bank declines to pay gtfcharge, what is the problem????

I suppose you have your DC/CC online payment limits set accordingly.
I think the culprit could be 3D Secure /VISA/ or SecureCode /Mastercard/ activated and GTFCharge not sending it for some reason. Could you try different web browser without any script or cross site blocking extension (Adblock, Noscript, ublockOrigin, ...)?
If everything seems to be ok I would definitely again speak with the bank.

Said my bank had declined my transfer and gtfcharge is the only billing provider which i experienced that with I go through billing providers several times a month and never get any issues. They should seriously get away from them and move over to one of the more common ones like Vendo or Epoch, they must be losing allot staying with them.

Good to know. I am having withdrawal symptoms and for you to lose out on every customer of a bunch of it least one of Europe's biggest banks, must be tough.

I also hope this will be resolved. It stopped working for a while, then it worked a few days before it started declining my credit card. It works everywhere else, so I hope that the billing issues get fixed.

Any progress? any updates? What does soon mean?

All your transactions would be processed as soon as we solve the situation.
All extra transaction would be refunded.
All scenes and other resources would be provided.

Exchanges for TKT works as usual.

Your resources were activated. If there were an extra transactions - they will be refunded as soon as possible
