Posted: Mon Aug 06, 2018 1:07 pmMade a purchase on a video and as soon as I try to watch or download it my account was blocked, so I had it unblock via email conformation like normal. Then I try again and the "Please contact support to unlock account" msg shows and still can't watch or download?????
