I had the same problem. Took them around two weeks to unblock my account. No refund was offered. Very, very unprofessional.

All support messages gets solved.

Anyway, you can usually unblock your account yourself.
It is just a security measure.

After your login procedure, there will be a site where you can unlock your account. Either google authenticator or a device.

You can attach a device or a phone number to your account to unblock it automatically using this link: https://account.legalporno.com/

Still not working for me. it's been 3 weeks and I cannot download the scenes i bought with my tickets. No one responds on the support chat. please contact me so I can have my account locked. I used phone authentication and my account is still blocked.

You should be ok now and be able to access your videos. Please check and let me know.

I am experiencing the same issue. No replies for email and no one has unlocked my account.
What is up with the TERRIBLE SERVICE.
I am going to cancel, and they will likely not even refund me and I will be one month with no access to a site I PAID FOR!
hopefully they prove me wrong and unlock my account IMMEDIATELY!!!
