Purchased Video Has Disappeared

A few weeks ago, I bought a Vile Vixen video that she shot with Heaven POV, it was pretty expensive too, more than 40tkt if I recall correctly. I now cannot find that scene in my videos.

I don’t know if the video has been removed from the store but surely, if you’ve already sold it to me, I should still have it in my purchased videos. This is not a streaming service, this is a video that you sold to me.

I have not found the video on the sites, but I could see a trace of such a huge transaction, so I have made a refund + some bonus tickets to your account.

Also to me happened these unpleasant facts, they removed the scenes of some minor producers but didn't give you back the tks spent!
As in your case, you have to ask for It.
This politic is very unfair but luckily adopted only on this site.
