When am I allowed to post images?

I understand if they don't let me use attachments because I'm a new member, but they should at least let me use images that I link through URLs, and even those it says I'm not allow to post. I tried posting on Natasha Teen just using an emblem code link for an image and the message I get is that I can't post it because I'm not allowed to post images even if they are just links.

I just want to post images from videos that I bought before from GIFMaker, but it keeps saying you are not allow to post images.

How many posts or days before this restriction goes away?
