Unable to download video

Hello,

I'm having trouble downloading a video from my library, the 4K "Wet" version of GIO2245 with Jolee Love.
I am only experiencing issues with this particular video, all others downloaded just fine.

The download will begin normally, then after about 5 minutes will start going extremely slow.
Sometimes it says it will take 14 days to download, when other videos of this size would normally take an hour or two at most.
Near the end of the download, the download itself will stop due to a network error.

Again, it is only this video I have run into issues with.

I have tried downloading this video multiple times, but it just ends up getting corrupted each time.

Any help would be appreciated!

Works for me.

Connection stable through all the download process.
Not sure why this is happening.

You might try using a VPN for example or a different internet access point.

Was able to get the download to work eventually.

I had been using Google Chrome, and that was giving me issues on two separate devices, so I tried Microsoft Edge instead and it downloaded without a hitch.

I appreciate the suggestion of trying an alternative method!

What do you mean "nothing is downloading" - does the download start?
What exactly are you trying to download? I will check if there is a problem.

Could you please send a screenshot if there is an error message?
