Fraudulent Purchases

I checked my account today, to see that my remaining tickets have vanished, and it looks like three new scenes have been purchased that I did not do.

Please remove the following scenes from my account and issue a refund; I have not downloaded any of the scenes:

I would also like to request to change my password, but I cannot see any clear way to do so.

You should receive a password reset email, please check the spam folder as well. Then open it and reset your password.
For this to work, you need to be fully log out first. I recommend using a private tab in your browser to send the email and open it as well.
