One of the videos in my library, Naughty Couple Fuck Black Queen, does not play or download. Instead I have a video not found message: Video not found (code #cj0lawf8yl). I'd be grateful if you could refund the tickets.

It might be a good idea to temporarily remove this from the store until it is fixed, as this is the second time I have had to contact you about this scene. After you refunded the tickets for the scene last week, I saw it on the studio page last night and assumed that it had been fixed as it was up for sale again, as I thought, and so bought it again. It is quite irritating to have the same problem with the scene a second time when it was obviously defective and shouldn't have been up for sale.

It has been reported, maybe the studio just takes a while to respond. It happens.

Scene has been refunded for you in the meantime.
