purchased toby dick scene missing

today i purchased and have been charged for a toby dick scene with Grace Lowdie and another it was a 3sum with pissing, the scene is now completly missing from my library and history, it should be the last scene i purchased

it cost 7.2 tickets and I had 24 and now have 17 tickets

will the scene be coming back or will it be a refund?
