Issues with Yoya Grey membership

Hi Support,

I've been trying to get this resolved via email and the online chat without any luck - the Yoya Grey membership I've subscribed to is not functioning. This is marked on my account as "Full access granted" but I have very little access to anything on that membership.

Can you resolve this / reach out to me when you have a moment?

Hi,

the access is only for the Full Access scenes.

Please check the attachment for the switch to see what scenes are available with this type of membership.

When I signed up for this membership it was marked as access to All Scenes (quoted verbatim):
- Access to all scenes from all time on day 1, as well as all future scenes.
- Recurring membership. Cancel anytime.

Why would anyone get a membership for 14 videos, with 0 updates or additions - this makes no sense?? Also I purchased the membership based on the words during the signup, not some widget hidden in the middle of the screen - when did that become part of membership agreement? The wording seems blatantly clear to me, I generally don't search for filters or switches to determine the terms of a contract.

I've spent $100-1000s on your site, this feels shady to me - can we get this resolved? At least give me access to few video I wanted when I originally signed up.

For reference, this is also how it appears in my memberships - Yoyagrey, Full access granted ... seems very different to Limited Access to 14 random videos.

The Yoya Grey membership still shows as access to all videos, I have seen other providers with different terms, this is made clear in the terms of the membership, Maximo Garcia for example:

- Recurring membership. Cancel anytime.
- Content creator has limited the number of downloads to 5 per month. However, keep in mind that streaming is unlimited.
- Total videos included in the membership: 9
- Total videos NOT included: 103

I just want the access that I signed up for, I'm not trying to be a pain in the ass, but I think the terms of the membership were clear.

Can you at least provide access to the few scenes I originally wanted at sign up? The ids are 165434, 199833, 108640
