Hey, I'm unable to DM any studios despite having bought many scenes this month and being a member? I messaged pornbox support via DM 3 days ago but no reply there either, what's going on?

Yes, it doesn't matter what I studio I try I get the same message:

I can't type a studio name, but I can chose one.
I have 3 options - plus support.
Again tried to send each of them as test message and nothing worked.
Didnt get a message like CL, though. Just nothing.
Why doenst that feature work?

Yes, it doesn't matter what I studio I try I get the same message:

You need to spend with the specific studio in order to chat with them.

Yes Kapwn that is the point of this thread. We have spent over the amount required and we are members but still get the message and can't message anyone.

And I have spent enough money on GIO/GL/XF scenes, thats not the problem. Giorgio Grandi is also online currently, but when I press the "send"-button nothing happens.

Hey, thanks for that fun effect added!
I just checked what I can buy at those new prices - and indeed there is a DAPbreakin' I was waiting for almost 1,5y long, that would be fun! But than it would be ideal I could actually chat afterwards with the director who convinced her finally. Thus let me try and wait till the bugs are resolved.

Thank you for the tickets xxx, very kind of you. Unfortunately it's still not working on my end (regardless of studio), I logged out and back in again and still the same error message. I can't even get to the chatbox like Addict, just the same 'you need to be a member or spend x' popup

Can you refresh the page with the following shortkeys :
- Windows and Linux browsers: CTRL + F5
- Apple Safari: SHIFT + Reload toolbar button
- Chrome and Firefox for Mac: CMD + SHIFT + R
If this doesn't help, there must be an error in the browser's console, here is how to show it : https://balsamiq.com/support/faqs/browserconsole/. If there is any, a full screenshot or a copy-paste of the error will be much appreciated.

Okay interestingly I used the free tickets you gave me xxx to buy a new scene with VK and I can message them now. What I don't understand what is the 'you must be a member' part about? If you are an LP member SHOULD you be able to message any studio regardless of how much you spent this month? Or do you need to be a member AND meet the minimum monthly spend total?

But in my case with AGO, gonzo and GIO there is no membership.
