Site scene sorting

I was looking up 2 of my favorite models (Arwen Gold & Timea Bella) and I believe I found a sorting issue. I clicked on the BEST VIDEO hyperlink and it gave this result for the 2 models I was interested in:

Arwen Gold has the overall #1 scene on LP
Time Bella has the overall #3 scene on LP

then I checked the studio the scene came from hoping it would reveal how many Top 10 scenes that model had. I found that although the scene was listed high in the site overall rankings the studio ranking was different:

Arwen Gold above scene was ranked as #9 on Sineplex SOS
Time Bella above scene was ranked as #2 on Gonzo

Shouldn't the ranking for both of the scenes be #1 on there respective studio rankings. The ranking for LP Best Video and Studio (assumed) Best Video results both can't be right! I'm assuming that when you click on the studio hyperlink your interested in it sorts the result by best video as the results are repeatable so it is not random sorting, not alphabetical and their is a separate hyperlink for latest scene so not that either. So I'm confused with the different results.

Sinplex SOS assumed best-video ranking
Gonzo assumed best video ranking

I don't know if it is a big issue with others but it seems a simple fix to get the sort order correct, otherwise none of the results seem trustworthy.

I think they first must reimplement the user rating system. IMO sales figures can be misleading.

That would be a cool feature too but it has to be done correctly. As we know people like certain niches only so user rating are never accurate I prefer sales stats. Just a scenario imagine someone being obsessed with DAP with a user rating system it might not show the accurate scene rating because they will:
(1) if it is a up vote or down vote system
*** they will down vote every scene that does not contain DAP ***
(2) if it is a star system 1 to 5 or 1 to 10
*** they will continue give scenes that don't contain DAP low votes possibly 1 star to keep scene rating low

This may seem stupid or an exaggeration but I went through this already on Brazzers. The more accurate system in my mind is using sale stats to rank scenes and allowing only scene purchasers to download scene images and give opinions on the scene. I have found that in porn forums or life in general that people will climb over mountains to give a negative reaction to things. Very rarely though do people give honest praise an opinion on things they like. Society always finds it easier to tear something down than build them up. That is what a user rating system will do if not manage correctly. People may complain that is a form of censorship to control tightly who give there opinion on things but it is not because you can say whatever you want as long as you first purchased the scene. Otherwise people that might be persuaded by something someone said may make a decision hurting the sales on a scene when the person giving his opinion never saw the scene.

In short, I'm with you on the user rating system but it has to be controlled so only people that purchased the scene can comment.

I still believe we can have both though, accurate sorting of the sites since that should be a simple fix and user rating system which requires more thought in implementation. Whatever system chosen though I hope they give us a couple of lines to comment on what we did or didn't like. A positive or negative vote does not mean anything without context.

There are negatives to both.

At the time I wrote my post I was thinking in a like / dislike button, located at the model page.

And sort girls by popularity, in the models page, based on that liked counter.
