So, it's the same thing that happended to me this week. My library wasn't that big at the point everything got deleted by the support. I got my money refund today and would easily rebuy the videos BUT I wonder if there is an general safety issue on the Site.
I mean the content is awesome but is it safe to purchase tokens and build up an library with the risk that everything got deleted when there is an foreign access?
Use a better and longer password
not something like qwerty1234.
Something like: 647fhjksgTYHIgjdkdbf78499kP"/*7hd8))66$%43TThuRx33@6h*%?>'u7g';]d\;f\\'ff]]d's\s'jjfl-==dgdg4t3tg'fhdlkHKJHKsklfj;]''sf's;fw88478*&%%^%^&%3rhgkjhfk and use Microsoft Notepad or whatever to copy and paste that password when you enter the site. It's not really rocket science and a neccessity when there is much at play like tokens being stolen.
But they could also implement an optional IP lock when you log-in. That way your IP address is locked for every session in a sense that people with other IP addresses can't log in to your account as long as you stay logged-in. Or a trusted devices option where you can set your computer/tablet/smartphone as trusted devices and all other devices with other non-trusted IP addresses not. But I would start with option #1 if I were you.
