Anyone Else Experiencing Problems Downloading Older Files?

I'm guessing it's network problems in Europe (I'm in North America), but over the last several days it's impossible in many cases, or nearly impossible in others to download anything but very recent large files. For example, attempting to download 4K files from several titles in 2018, even from 2021 is impossible. Even larger 1080p files in some cases can't be downloaded. Using Firefox and Chrome, and restarting downloads upon failures... sometimes the download can finish after several restarts, but often, not at all.

Just want to hear if others are experiencing the same thing. Thanks.
