I want to get my tickets back. I bought the scene with Lina Arian SZ2718, it said it was only 0.1 tickets, but it took all 8.1 tickets.

And the same thing happened with the scene with Julia De Lucia IV521, it said 0.3 tickets I believe, but it took all the tickets as if I was buying it again.

I want my tickets back, I want to keep the scenes, but I don't want to pay twice for them.

Do you use VPN to access our sites? You should not be able to see the wet content from USA - maybe that is where the problem is coming from, because the "upgrade to wet" system works for me.

MY IP address is from Czech Republic, I tested it many times. I can see all the scenes, and I can buy them without a problem, it's just the upgrades the problem. It's not letting me buy it. I'm a fan of the pissing scenes, and I always buy those, but sometimes they put them late, and you just want to support day one. I almost never miss them. Considering all the scenes I buy, it is rare that I miss getting the wet version, but it has happened as you can see.

If I try to add it myself it won't work unless I buy it full price again. I think it's probably something attached to my account because even if my IP address is in Prague I can't even see the alternative version symbol on videos, that's why I didn't know that video had an alternative version, but thank you very much for adding it.
