Monthly Subscription Paid Yet No Access

I paid for the monthly subscription of $29+ and when I login to PornBox, I can't stream the videos or download them. I need this resolved as soon as possible. Thank you.

You receive tickets with your membership. You can use them to buy scenes. Any scene at PornBox is purchasable with tickets, except a few that are only available in special membership packages.

The scenes you purchase this way are yours forever. You can download or stream them how many times you want.

Tickets are received monthly.

The membership is recurring automatically, you can cancel in the member's area in pornbox - top right corner. Click on your name and then on the date of the membership to cancel.

You also have tons of free video access as a member. Those are located in your library already.

I've never been a "member" of a porn site that charges me $30 monthly for a membership where I don't have full, unlimited access to the content. When I paid the membership fee, I naturally thought, that I would have unlimited access to your content, not just buy some tickets. I contacted segpay in order to get a refund and they told me that they will contact you. If I get charged $30, after I believe I've been deceived by your false advertising, I will file a complaint with Paypal and my bank. Your "membership" scheme in order to get people to pay you for "tickets" in advance, might work with others, but not with me. You're not going to play this game with me. Refund my "membership fee", or I will file a complaint with Paypal and with my bank.

I am sorry you feel this way.

While I would be able to offer you some kind of refund, you have already spent all the tickets and downloaded or watched some of the scenes.
In that case we are unable to make a refund as the goods were used.

Please check attached picture for information about tickets right before you make a purchase. We inform you about our system beforehand, so you can make a decision to buy into this kind of system or not.

I'm having the same problem. You guys didn't even give me any tickets? I would also like a refund. I thought I would try here before going to my bank.
