I am not able to download pictures/images and ZIP files

I subscribed to PornWorld nearly two weeks ago. I was unable to be able to download any pictures (images) or ZIP files. I tried to contact "Custp,er Support" to notify them of this problem. I sent off three messages in the past eight days and have not received any reply, thus far.

I am really disappointed in the whole "Customer Service" set-up of PornWolrd. I have only twenty days left to go before the automatic thirty day PornWorld site monthly upgrade charges me again for a website that is absolutely worthiness right now (to me , at least.) I would prefer to have full service to PornWorld, but if that is nor possible, I would like to unsubscribe. Yes--UNSUBSCRIBE.

I have found one message from Saturday and have replied to you.

On the account the message came from, there is no active membership, so that is why you cannot download the ZIP files that comes with scenes.
