I am trying to locate "owned" videos from February, 2021

I subscribed to Pornbox in February of this year, and after buying $50 worth of tickets and purchasing some videos, I discontinued my subscription. I have resubscribed, but can’t find my “owned” videos. I am using the same email address, which is now my username, so I would think that I would have done the same before. I have the receipts showing my activity, but don’t think this is the place to put them. I sure would appreciate some suggestions from a moderator. Thank you.
