Scenes with Closed Captioning/Subtitles

There are a few scenes that have subtitle options for various languages when streaming. However there doesn't seem to be a way to download the video with subtitles included. Am I missing something, or is this not an option? If not, I would suggest making the subtitle files available as a download as well.
