Error attempting to download 4k video

I purchased "Ice Cream Pussy Play" in my account, but when I attempt to download the 4k version, I consistently get the following page: Access to h w n d s.d d f s t a t i c. c o m was denied. You don't have authorization to view this page. HTTP ERROR 403. I was able to download the 1080p version, but want the 4k version. I haven't tried downloading other 4k videos yet so I'm not sure if it's limited to just this video or all my purchases. Can you help please?
