Account problem

I renewed my membership yesterday on legalporno.com. I can get into my old account but the site still asks me for membership and there are only 0.90 tokens in my account. Please let me know what is happening.
Also I've just found that the email where the site is supposed to contact me and send me an answer to, doesnt't exist because i've misspelled "gmail" into "gmauil" but didn't get a notice that the email is not valid.
i will appreciate any help.

Hello Kapwn! I think asking you here is better than open a new topic for myself. So, DO I need a live membership to watch/download my purchased scenes? Or why tf I can't see any of them which I PAID for?? And also I gave an old email adress, which I can't log in anymore - that's why I didn't open a support ticket - so how can I change my email because I see no option for that, no "profil site" at all...sorry for being rude but I'm really angry ATM. Thanks for answer

You do not need a live membership in order to watch/download your scenes.
The scenes are yours forever, does not matter if your membership is active.

Please contact us here - https://pornbox.com/support with a functional mail.

Give all the information (old email, new email) and we will contact you back with the info we need to update your account so you can log in again.

I have an account problem as well. My banks do not like to do transactions with your billing country. My primary bank for these type of purchases refuses to process payments to CZ outright, and my secondary banks do not like it, they will block my accounts until I manually call them and unblock my account if I even try to make transactions. So I was using the PayPal option. I have no problems with this option, except maybe a few times I forgot to unlock my card before pushing send, so the transaction declined, until I unlocked and tried again. Anyway now the system will not let me use PayPal anymore. I tried to select it again, few times, and every time it takes me to the normal credit card payment page. It won't let me use PayPal. Can you help me here? I want to purchase another refill of tokens before my membership expires in a few weeks. But if I can't use PayPal, I basically can't do it. I had no problems before, I had purchased a few refills just last week with PayPal no problems.

Also if you could try from private browsing, it is possible your browser remember the payment options and automatically redirects you to the credit card screen.

Ok. I will try to do it periodically and let you know if something changes. Do you think it could be an issue with the third party billing processor the site was using for those paypal transaction? I forget what the name is, but I remember they were based in Florida USA, I think...
