How long does Support take to answer when you open a ticket

I need a refund for the Victoria Daniels model pack I accidently pressed the purchase all button when I tried to shut off my phone. Thank you for your help.
Also I made a 30 membership thinking that access to that would allow me to get the library of LP . Instead I got access to the inferior DDF Stuff from PornWorld. Is it possible to change it into tickets or ticket membership
