Cancel my subscription

I followed directions, got e-mail link to go to member area, am signed in and click on Support at bottom of the page where it says there will be a cancellation link to click but there is none, just place to send message to support at top and get desktop ap link. Please do not charge my card for monthly membership, it will be contested if charged since I was not given chance to cancel myself as there was supposed to be. Should be a phone number for Gftcharge as there is for Epoch link. I sent message to Gftcharge.
