Cant download. Because it's newer scene?

When I select "GET FULL VIDEO" it usually prompts me to the screen to use my tickets. A Stacy Cruz entitled 'Busty Czech...' sends me to a page where my options are buying "packages", no option to purchase only scene. Please Obi Wan... somebody help me!
